The  Flâneur  is a new modern and unique place to stay in the area of Trani Ammouda, 350m from the homonymous beach and a few minutes away from the traditional settlement of Agios Nikolaos and the picturesque harbor of Ormos Panagias.

  • Smoking is not allowed in the rooms (there is fire protection), lighting of stoves and candles, delivery, use of linen and other items of clothing outside the accommodation.

  •  The property may require compensation in case of theft or damage.

    PETENTION POLICY - CANCELLATION

    • In case of cancellation 20 days prior to arrival there will be no charge and the deposit will be fully refunded.
    • After 20 days from the date of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
    • In case of no-show there will be a charge equal to 100% of the total amount of the reservation.
    • If the guest wishes to shorten the duration of his/her stay after arrival at the accommodation, he/she will be charged 50% of the total charge for the nights he/she cancels.
    • Guests must show a photo ID and credit card upon arrival.

    • Please always send an email with the exact arrival and departure dates.
    • Please inform the property of your arrival time and any special requests.
    • Deposit and refund costs are borne by the visitor.

    The guest should inform about availability in case of wishing to extend their stay at least 24 hours in advance. If the guest stays until 18:00, he/she will have to pay half the rent. If the guest stays after 18:00, he/she will have to pay the full rent.

     

     

    It has five rooms which have been designed to meet the needs of our guests. One of which meets all the requirements for people with mobility problems.
